TERMS

Terms of Service · Last updated 31 October 2026

1. Who we are

These terms apply to services from Litany Events LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Litany", "we", "us"). "You" means the person or company that books our services.

2. Our services

We plan and produce private events, brand experiences, travel and adventure programs. The exact scope of each project is set out in a written proposal and a production agreement that both parties sign.

If the production agreement conflicts with these terms, the production agreement applies.

3. Booking

A booking is confirmed when you sign the production agreement and we receive the deposit. Until then, we do not hold dates, venues or vendors for you.

4. Fees and payment

5. Third-party costs

Venues, travel, accommodation, catering, equipment and other vendors are third-party costs. The proposal states how we charge for them. Each vendor's own terms and cancellation rules also apply to its part of the project.

6. Changes

You can ask to change the scope of a project at any time. We confirm each change in writing, together with any change to the fee or timeline. A change becomes part of the agreement when you approve it in writing.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations, postponements and refunds follow our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

8. Your responsibilities

9. Adventures and physical activity

Some programs include travel to remote places and physical activities that carry a risk of injury. Each participant must read and sign a participation and waiver form before departure. Each participant must also tell us about any medical condition that could affect their safety, and must follow the instructions of our guides and crew.

We may change or stop an itinerary at any time for reasons of safety, weather or local conditions. We recommend that every participant has full travel and medical insurance.

10. Events outside our control

We are not liable for a failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control. These include natural disasters, extreme weather, epidemics, war, civil unrest, government action, strikes and the failure of transport or utilities. In these cases our Cancellation and Refund Policy applies.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent that the law allows, our total liability for any project is limited to the fees that you paid to us for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit or loss of reputation. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Intellectual property

Our concepts, designs and proposals stay our property until you pay for them in full. When you have paid in full, you may use the agreed deliverables for the purpose of your project. We do not use photos or video of your event in our own marketing without your written consent.

13. Confidentiality

We keep confidential all non-public information about you, your guests and your project. We gladly sign a separate non-disclosure agreement on request.

14. Governing law

These terms and each production agreement are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. The state and federal courts of Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the agreement says otherwise.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your project is the version in force on the date that you sign the production agreement.
