ABOUT
Litany Events produces private events, brand experiences and expeditions for clients who expect the extraordinary and prefer to stay out of view.
What we do
- Private events. Celebrations, dinners and gatherings, designed from nothing and run without a visible seam.
- Brand experiences. Launches, activations and hospitality programs for global brands.
- Adventures. Expeditions to remote and difficult places. We handle logistics, permits, guides and safety from start to finish.
- Destination production. Full production abroad: venues, vendors, crews, travel and direction on site.
Experience
Our team has produced work for global brands across entertainment, advertising and luxury. We bring that discipline to every project, whatever its size.
How we work
Every project starts with a private consultation. We then send a written proposal with the scope, the timeline and a fixed production fee.
Work begins when the client signs our production agreement and pays the deposit. We bill the balance in stages before the event date. All prices are in US dollars. We accept bank transfer and major credit cards.
Discretion
We sign non-disclosure agreements as standard. We never publish client names, guest lists or images without written consent.
